My dog had to have her eye removed and they were so careful to explain everything to me and when she had to have her second eye removed they gave me constant updates over the phone because they knew I was nervous. This is the best experience I've ever had with a vet clinic and I will make them my regular clinic for everything whether its a basic check up or we run into something more urgent again. "Sorry we are all booked up" and hung up. I called back to book him to be rechecked in less than 5 months after his full exam, and was charged for another full exam today.
